The role

We are hiring our first Product Operations Manager—a high-impact, strategic role at the center of our product organization. This is a rare opportunity to join a hyper-growth startup and architect the operational foundation that enables product teams to move faster, build smarter, and scale seamlessly.
You’ll work directly with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and company leadership to bring structure to complexity, transform insights into action, and optimize how we build and launch products. You’ll be both a strategic thought partner and an execution powerhouse, driving clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes across teams.

What you will be doing:

• Own and evolve the operational backbone of the product organization, from planning cycles to launch processes
• Ensure flawless product releases through cross-functional coordination, planning, and execution
• Manage and optimize the product tech stack (reporting, roadmapping, issue tracking, etc.)
• Analyze data to surface opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and accelerate product performance
• Partner with product and engineering on defining specs, gathering feedback, and ensuring readiness
• Build scalable, repeatable processes to drive operational excellence as we grow
• Champion internal alignment and communication—keeping teams, leadership, and stakeholders in syn
  

Who you are

• Background in management consulting, product management, or operations in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Highly analytical, with proficiency in SQL and comfort working across technical and strategic domains
• Experienced with data tools like Looker, PostHog, Mixpanel, Hex, and Excel
• Strong communicator and structured thinker—able to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders
• Bonus: technical or engineering background, and deep familiarity with product development
