The role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to join our finance team in building a multientity fast growing scale-up. You will assist our quote to cash process, collaborating closely with our growth team to ensure that our customer invoices are processed accurately using the latest software to automate and streamline financial operations. Additionally, you will be handling various ad-hoc finance-related tasks (but not limited to); expense management, monthly closing activities and supporting local regulatory requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing:
Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
Ensure billing compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
Dunning Process: monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Automate the process using software and continuously improve efficiency through process improvements.
Coordination with Accounting Firms:
Liaise with external accounting firms across different regions to ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.
Assist in gathering and providing necessary documentation for audits and tax filings.
Address queries from external accountants and provide required support.
Monthly Closing & Financial Support:
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed.
Ad-hoc Financial Tasks:
Expense management
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the finance department by implementing software and efficient processes

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
Strong understanding of billing and financial processes.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills for coordination with global teams.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international accounting firms.
Prior experience in a multinational or corporate finance environment.
