The Role:

We’re looking for a Legal Engineer to help drive our growth in Norway as we continue to transform the legal industry through AI-powered solutions. In this role, you’ll combine your legal expertise with cutting-edge technology to show law firms and in-house teams how Leya’s tools can elevate their work and improve efficiency.
This role is an opportunity to shape how our solutions are embraced in Norway, building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them see the real-world benefits of our technology. Through tailored demos, insights, and support, you’ll become a trusted advisor to legal professionals.
At Leya, your contributions will directly influence our strategy and success in Norway, as well as our product development. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-growing startup where your ideas and efforts will make a tangible difference.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with lawyers at prospective and existing clients to understand their workflow challenges and demonstrate how Leya can deliver real impact.
• Provide expert guidance on solving legal problems like contract drafting, legal research, document analysis, due diligence, and more using Leya’s tools.
• Lead personalized product demos for various law firm departments and in-house legal teams, engaging deeply to showcase Leya’s value and potential.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer” by sharing feedback with our product teams to refine and enhance our features.
• Position Leya as a trusted and valuable partner in the legal industry by demonstrating how our AI solutions empower legal professionals to work smarter.

Who you are:

• Legal Expertise: 3+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm, ideally focused on corporate law or litigation.
• Confidence and Influence: Proven ability to build trust with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Established Network: A strong professional network within the legal sector, allowing you to open doors and foster new relationships.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills, whether it’s a formal demo or an impromptu discussion.
• Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of legal workflows and the challenges lawyers face.
• Passionate About Innovation: Excited about how AI can transform the legal landscape.
• Bonus Experience: Sales, business development, or client-facing roles, particularly involving direct client management.
• Based: Oslo region
