About the Role:

Decagon is looking to hire a Technical Sourcer to help us scale our engineering teams. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates for various engineering positions. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to identify, engage, and assess top talent.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, infrastructure specialists) in a talent-dense organization

• Demonstrate expertise with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques

• Show proven ability to manage multiple pipelines and prioritize across different roles

• Excel at communication, both written and verbal, and have a strong ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal teams
