If you are in your 4th year or a recent graduate and want to work hard to grow 10x faster, we’d love to talk.
We are seeking an SDR to connect with customers who lead organizational transformation, M&A, and organizational modeling. Our customers make multi-hundred-million-dollar plans and decisions on our product with game-like UX.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify prospective customers through various channels
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges
• Set up meetings and demos for the sales team
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to generate interest
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead interactions in our CRM
• Continuously learn about our product offerings and industry trends
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Take full ownership of lead generation efforts, from research to hand-off to the sales team
• Operate independently and proactively seek support or resources when needed
• Contribute to team strategy, providing input and ideas to improve processes
• Take the initiative to identify new prospects and consistently meet activity goals
• Proactively manage time and priorities, ensuring that targets and deadlines are met
• Participate in team activities, such as training sessions, collaboration on outreach strategies, and helping to refine best practices.
